    Happy Veterans Day to all of you veterans out there!  It is heartwarming to see the wonderful and much-deserved support our veterans are getting across America.

    If you have been living in a single family home in the suburbs for the last 30-something years, but are now planning to move to an active adult community, get ready to meet your new boss, the HOA.  These associations are absolutely essential, but they might take some adjusting to. Here is a primer on what you should know.

    Many people would be surprised at the popularity of Delaware as a retirement state. Rehoboth Beach is the poster child for why - friendly taxes, nice climate, great beaches, and ocean access.
